  • Are you still shipping during pandemic?
    A. Yes we are still shipping. it is still business as usual.
  • If I place my order today, when will I receive my Balo Hair Bundles?"
    A. Orders placed during business hours before 5pm will ship the next day. This excludes custom orders and orders placed during major sales and promotions.
  • I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?"
    A. We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.
  • Do you offer Student, Military or Stylist discounts?"
    A. At this time, we do not offer discounts to select groups at this. Join our Balo Boss Babes Insiders list for updates on upcoming promotions and offers.
  • Do you wholesale?
    A. Due to high demand of our products , we are unable to offer Balo Hair for wholesale or vendor purchase. Balo Hair Extensions can only be purchased at balobundles.com or at any stores/pop up stores publicized on our social media page or website.
  • Can I order online and pick up at the store?
    A. Yes. Just select pick up in person at check out and an email will be sent to you once your order is ready. orders made before 7pm will be ready the same day. dont forget to bring a valid photo ID with you.
  • Will Balo Bundles cover the cost of the installation of the hair I purchased?
    A. No. Balo Bundles is not responsible for any and all costs associated with the installation of the products purchased on this website and stores.
  • In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will Balo Bundles cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees."
    A. No, Yummy Extensions will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
