• Arrive 5 minutes before appointment. If you are going to be late please contact Balo Beauty via text or call immediately. 

• A $31.35 dollar deposit is required at the time of booking. $1.35 DOES NOT go toward your service only the $30 does. This deposit goes towards your service. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH or ZELLE ONLY!!!!! 

• Appointment is automatically canceled after 15 mins of No Call No Show. Please communicate if you're running behind.

• If you're over 15 mins late past scheduled appointment, it is + $20. Your appointment is automatically cancelled if you're over 20 mins late. 

• Come with your hair freshly washed and blown out. Notify Balo Beauty BEFORE your set appointment if you will need a blow out at the time of your appointment.

• FACE MASKS IS REQUIRED.

• DO NOT book an appointment if you're in a rush to be somewhere. Appointments are sometimes not always exactly on time, (Most appointments begins on time). However, the unexpected sometimes happens, and some appointments do run over. I do not like to be rushed and I like to take time to perfect my work. You're booking an appointment to hold your spot for the DAY, so be flexible. Some appointments just takes longer than others.

• I DO NOT do touch ups. If your braids are old, take them out. Fresh Hair and Fresh Styles ONLY.

• NO SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.
